Annual Schedule Of Activities (February to December 2016)

This Schedule of Activities primarily covers the various developmental, recreational, civic and cultural activities that the Society intends to undertake during the course of the current year. This Schedule is indicative and tentative and is open to adjustment to meet specific needs. It does not cover the routine and housekeeping activities required for operation and mainte-nance of the Society. Scheduled activities will be taken up for implementation by the desig-nated Committee or office bearer following the entire cycle from planning to resource mobiliza-tion, supervision and execution. The following Committees or office bearers are hereby desig-nated to be responsible for the Scheduled Activities mentioned against each of them:
